FoodFirst will use the information you provide us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy, which you may read by clicking on the Privacy Policy button where it appears on this Website. If we revise our Privacy Policy, then these rules will automatically refer to the revised Privacy Policy.

CHOOSING TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF

Any information you provide about you or your company, such as name, address, email address, phone number and birth date, may be used to communicate with you via postal mail or email. You will need your password and REWARDS PROGRAM account number to access your account.  If someone learns your password and accesses your REWARDS PROGRAM account, with or without your permission, you are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from the actions of that unauthorized use of your password, and FoodFirst shall have no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the actions of that unauthorized use of your password.  You can change your password at any time by logging onto www.MyBrioReward.com.

Please note: username and password are case-sensitive.

CHANGES TO MYBRIO REWARDS PROGRAM

The myBrio Rewards Program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of FoodFirst.  FoodFirst has the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without giving you prior notice, to:      
  • change, limit, modify, or update the requirements for earning any Reward or other benefits we offer, including the time and/or date to redeem any Reward or offer;
  • change, limit, modify or update any rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions for the REWARDS PROGRAM; and
  • terminate the REWARDS PROGRAM and/or any specific Reward or offer.
Any revised Terms and Conditions will serve as the then current Terms and Conditions, replacing any and all prior versions.

Rewards and other benefits accumulated under the REWARDS PROGRAM have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash and, upon termination of the REWARDS PROGRAM or a specific reward or offer.  Rewards and offers earned but not used by you do expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.  After six (6) months of account non-activity, visit credits will automatically expire.

By registering as a REWARDS PROGRAM Member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, that you waive your rights under any law that may require FoodFirst to obtain judicial permission to change these Terms and Conditions or to end the REWARDS PROGRAM.

CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your REWARDS PROGRAM membership at any time. To cancel your membership, you may opt out of the REWARDS PROGRAM from the My Brio Reward email communication unsubscribe link. As soon as you cancel your membership, all rewards earned but not used will be canceled. Opting out of receiving emails from Brio will automatically remove you as a member of the REWARDS PROGRAM.

ELIGIBILITY

The myBrio Rewards Program membership is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registering and who have a valid and unique email address. The REWARDS PROGRAM is intended for individual use only. One membership card will be issued per account, and each individual is only allowed one membership.  Employees of FoodFirst and their spouses are ineligible for REWARDS PROGRAM membership. REWARDS PROGRAM is available at all participating Brio locations.
